Very interesting technical/medical article that talks about "cycle counts". Different labs in Canada test at different "cycle counts".
What this means is - an identical "covid" test can test both "negative" and "positive" depending on which lab you send the test to. Higher cycle counts = more likely to be positive. Lower cycle counts = more likely to be negative.
